Absolutely stunning immaculate hotel. Facilities are first class, lovely SPA, spacious rooms and delicious dining. Perfect location to visit all areas of the city. Highly recommend.

We arrived Saturday to the hotel early afternoon the hotel was beautiful and modern inside and out. The cleanliness of the hotel was out of this world and the cleaners worked exceptionally well and are constantly busy cleaning! The walk to the old town is about 30 minutes but there are taxis available in the town which is around £10 - £15 pound! The best company to use is bolt taxis which was recommended by a friend and apparently cheaper prices. The English breakfast could be improved a little bit more and quite pricey when paid on arrival but other than that great choices and pancakes was a hit with my little one! The pool was a fantastic size and the times was very good and accommodating to us all. Room service was 10/10 and the pizza and french fries was our favourite. There are coffee machines available from 10am -4am which is free and unlimited daily. Thankyou very much for a warm and welcoming stay we will be back next year 😁

I cannot recommend this hotel enough when staying in Krakow. The hotel is stunning, our room was huge with all the amenities you could need. The beds are so comfortable. Service in the hotel was fantastic. There’s also a really good selection at breakfast. Check in and out was easy although it’s important to note that you need to pay a deposit upfront.

First of all I want to say that this hotel has nice add ons like lavender to take up at night to your room, games downstairs to play, free coffee machines to use ( not at all times though ) the spa etc. The hotel was also very nice looking and location is okay/good, bolt is very cheap though so we didn’t mind when needing to go somewhere other side of town. Room was spacious and bed was very big and comfortable however we had issues with ac and found that it wasn’t the best, however for the time of year i can’t complain too much. Very modern interior as well which is very nice. When we first arrived, we had to pay £125 ( 600 plz ) because of upfront payment in case of damages and the bar in the room. I do understand this in a way but wasn’t expecting it at all and as two 18 year olds, we had a certain budget for this holiday so it was annoying having to pay upfront and the hotel should be more clear with this online when booking. I have also had to pay deposits elsewhere ( other countries ) and it’s never been that expensive! Another annoying thing was that the pool was shut for half of our stay due to maintenance work which we wasn’t aware of before coming, and was disappointed when we first arrived as this was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. I understand these things do need to happen at some point but was annoying that it was at the time we stayed. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room however I found an opened ( but luckily un - used ) tampon on the balcony ledge and a USED period pad in the bathroom bin. I am a women myself so I understand that these are normal things for women and Im obviously not shaming the woman who must of stayed in here before us but I definitely expected for these type of things to be cleaned/ disposed of by the hotel before letting other guests check in to the room- another disappointment when we first checked in. I also have pictures of this that I took with the time and date on it for proof just in case. Cleaners did a good job though when cleaning our room during our stay. The pool area is nice however the pool is a bit cold and the jacuzzi is small so only about 4 people can fit in and some people unfortunately like to hog it. I know this isn’t the hotels fault. Luckily I did a bit of research before coming on TikTok and online etc but I think reception staff should be more clear on times of things and the free amenities like the coffee machines and games to okay etc however I think this is pretty simple to figure out yourself.
