“Amazing, clean and ideal!”

We had 3 nights in the apartment and we had a lovely time! The apartments were very clean and comfortable. We had 3 nights in the apartment and we had a lovely time! The apartments were very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, 10/10, about 3 minute walk if that, to the centre and some amazing cafes just around the corner. The taxi from/to the airport took around 15/20 mins aswell! Would highly recommend staying here and will again if we return. 10/10 experience

“Excellent but no lift, building high stairs mega”

Was allocated high floor switched for basement, room was adequate, very warm, clean & tidy, tea making facilities, no lifts, myself & husband have mobility/breathing issues. “Comfortable with a few issues”

Overall Krakow was amazing. The room we had was on the very top floor and didn’t look like any of the pictures i’d seen. There was a lot of stairs but was no problem to us. The room was comfortable and the bed was comfy. We had three windows within the room, one of which didn’t have any blind or curtain so we had to make do with towels. The shower clogged up and flooded after 1 night. We also expected new towels and linen after 3 nights as we was staying 5 and only received new towels(no fresh linen) until day 4. The old towels were not taken. The linen had one small rip in it when we arrived. The room was overall fairly clean. The hotel had check in and check out which was easy to understand and prior to arrival, i made arrangements to check in early which was possible.

“Fine Room - Zero Customer Service because never saw anybody?”

The room is smaller than the photos but is very nice and a quiet part of Krakow. The 2 biggest issues are 1 - If you check in after 2pm you had better have the number of somebody to call. The room is smaller than the photos but is very nice and a quiet part of Krakow. The 2 biggest issues are 1 - If you check in after 2pm you had better have the number of somebody to call. Our train was late and did not get into 5pm. The directions to get into the door were incorrect to unlock the outside door lock. We had no number on our reservation and there was no answer at there office which at least should have had an after hours phone to contact somebody? Anybody? The office phone just rang and rang and rang Which presents problem #2. We had to wait until somebody opened the door (45 minute wait) before we were able to access the keys in the lock box. During 2 out of 3 nights either people got in illegaly this way or were guests that were banging on doors because they were so drunk they forgot which room they were staying in. With 2 little ones this made us feel very uneasy and made them scared of staying in this place.
