Smaller boutique style hotel not far from main square in kraków, very clean rooms and a friendly young team, breakfast has a great selection of food items and there is a small bar for refreshments and alcohol beverages, free still or sparkling water stations on each floor. Although the bedroom i was staying in is very close to the railway line it did not disturb my sleep...earplugs are provided if you need them. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

“Beautiful Hotel, Great Location.”

Beautiful clean hotel, lovely room with spacious ensuite and air-conditioning. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, (especially the girl on reception with the long dark hair, apologies I didn't get her name). Beautiful clean hotel, lovely room with spacious ensuite and air-conditioning. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, (especially the girl on reception with the long dark hair, apologies I didn't get her name). The breakfast buffet style has plenty to choose from plus they do an al-a-carte menu besides. There's a baggage room if you need to check out/in before you're being picked up so you don't have to drag your cases round. One day we had to get up early to go on a trip so the hotel provided a packed lunch to take with us. The hotel is located in a quietish street less than 10 mins walk to the main square. Couldn't fault anything with the Hotel or staff and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is beautifully finished, very well appointed and kept immaculately clean. Situated within a few minutes walk of the old town and the main railway station, which is next to a large shopping centre. The hotel is beautifully finished, very well appointed and kept immaculately clean. Situated within a few minutes walk of the old town and the main railway station, which is next to a large shopping centre. There is a small bar where a tempting range of cocktails are expertly made by Peter. A water flask is provided for use in the room and can be filled with chilled sparkling or still water from the dispensers on the landing. Breakfast is fresh, varied and excellent value. The very friendly and helpful staff provided a packed lunch for us on a day we left early on a trip. The railway passes nearby, but the trains are electric and quiet, because of this and the excellent sound proofing in the hotel, we were seldom aware of them passing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
