“Central position”
Large room, spotless. Very close to the square, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Short walk to pick up point for tours.

The location of the hotel is excellent, in the old town close to the tourist attractions. Very friendly staff. “OK hotel with some negatives”
Rooms are very clean with comfortable bed and tea/coffee facility. No English channels on TV but able to watch Netflix using your own password, also YouTube. “Clean and Great Location”
Hotel facilities very clean and close to the main square in krakow. Staff are also friendly and happy to help. “Nice hotel great room but a lot of building work and no dining area to eat”
Currently staying here for 4 days and Great location . Nice large room but can't use the aircon unit as it's noisy.maid says it's 20 years old so she switched it off at fusebox .
