“Fantastic customer service.”

“Nice hotel”
Hotel was nice, friendly reception staff who were helpful. Outside of city centre had to get tram 4, which on initial arrival was very difficult to locate. Luckily a lovely polish man took us to the tram stop, god bless him. Trams very cheap indeed. Went on 2 tours - Auschwitz & Salt mines, downsid… more
