The staff were wonderful people, kind and caring. The rooms were clean and decor very presentable. Breakfast was very filling and you could help yourself to as much food as you would like. The hotel has a great history and an excellent location. “Very central hotel in Krakow.”
We were a motorcycle group from Denmark of 16 people who had 3 nights at Hotel Pollera in Krakow. Lovely hotel very central, friendly staff, good comfort and nice parking for the motorcycles. All in all a good experience that can be recommended.
