Location fantastic. Atmosphere amazing rooms fantastic value for money amazing, breakfast amazing choices, defiantly would recommend and will be back, if you have to contact reception for anything they are back to right away

Travelled with my 15 year old Granddaughter & stayed at the Rajska Residences in Krakow. Perfect location for our 4 night stay, 10 minute walk to the main square, which is buzzing & great for people watching. There is air conditioning which was fabulous during this heat wave. I was sent emails with instructions on accessing the apartment which was really spacious & the continental breakfast was left outside our door on the first floor each morning, it was lovely & fresh & enough to feed an army, we certainly didn't go hungry. We left on Thursday at 10am but our flight was not until 9pm, so I asked Adrian if I could leave our suitcase & was directed to the Red Brick apartments where we left it until needed which was very helpful. All the staff on reception were lovely, friendly & helpful. Visited Auschwitz & Birkenau on Tuesday, which was very emotional but a "must do", be prepared for lots of walking (miles), an umbrella is a must in case of showers or to keep the sun off you, which is what we used it for. Our guide Anna was lovely, very informative whilst being equally sensitive to the subject. Visited the salt mines on Wednesday, again lots of walking & I am talking miles not yards, really interesting to see & experience. Some tours do both Auschwitz & salt mines in the same day, I certainly could not have managed that, as you feel physically & mentally exhausted afterwards. Lots of walking around Krakow, there are many wonderful cafe's & eateries around to choose from. The Polish people are lovely. Thank you to all who contributed to our wonderful holiday.

“Wonderful stay”

Just returned yesterday from a wonderful stay. In a lovely nice quite area but only approx 7 minute walk to the main square. There is a shop just round the corner. Just returned yesterday from a wonderful stay. In a lovely nice quite area but only approx 7 minute walk to the main square. There is a shop just round the corner. The apartment was very large and well stocked with kitchen equipment. The bed was extremely comfy. A lovely bright new renovated accommodation. While there is no reception the staff are very tentative when you email or very helpful if you ring them. I will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend.

“Nice accommodation,noise levels ruin this”

We stayed here from 20th to 24th April, the positives are it was very comfortable with a nice seating area and a very comfortable bed with nice fresh linen. The kitchen was minimal and basic. Only a kettle, no toaster and no tea towel supplied Now to the really negative things, firstly the noise levels were horrendous starting from 5.30 in the morning with deliveries being made to the shops below, building site about 100m away started just after 7am and the traffic never stops, we didn't get past 6am for a sleep. The shower head wouldn't stay in the holder, the shower door was off its runner at the bottom and just swinging. Fortunately my husband is very handy and he sorted both. Lastly we had a very early flight at 6.20 am arriving about 10.30, twice I had contacted the accommodation, once before arriving and once after to see if we could get in earlier rather than having to wait until 2pm. They came back to us and basically said they would let us know when the room was ready, no help and saying they would try their best to accommodate us.. We ended up sitting in a coffee shop for over 3 hours waiting to get an entry codes. I'm afraid we wouldn't go back to Rajska due to the noise levels, very disappointing indeed.
