“Fabulous.”
Fabulous hotel. Worth every star. Perfect location and feels luxurious. Breakfast is a feast, even the expertly prepared breakfast- to-go. Massage at the spa was excellent! 6 ☆ around, excellent service, helpful and friendly Staff, 6 ☆ for cleanliness, amazing food and drink , the pool and spa area is amazing too , very relaxing, Highly recommended for anyone , also 1 mintue walk to the old town main square.

“Short business meeting in Krakow”
Check in was far too slow. Room nice and clean. Breakfast good but the quality of the coffee made by the machine was not good at all. Please order coffee from the staff, much better. The meeting rooms and the DDR are excellent as well the lunch on the terasse.
