Just got back from xerion hotel we stayed for 4 nights. We had the 2 bedroom apartment which was lovely and big with balcony. The hotel is very clean if you need anything the staff sort it straight away. The breakfast was lovely plenty off choice I would recommend staying here you want be disappointed.

“Lovely hotel”

This hotel is lovely, rooms are spotless, lovely large bathroom with walk in shower, very comfortable bed, TV (although i couldn’t get mine to work) with netflix and U Tube. Struggled to find the train that apparently stopped 10 minutes away. Got a taxi from airport which took about 35 minutes. … more

This hotel is lovely, rooms are spotless, lovely large bathroom with walk in shower, very comfortable bed, TV (although i couldn’t get mine to work) with netflix and U Tube. Struggled to find the train that apparently stopped 10 minutes away. Got a taxi from airport which took about 35 minutes. We ate in restaurant first night, best meal of holiday, delicious and very prompt service, breakfast is nice also with plenty of choice including prosecco if you want. Plenty of lovely restaurants nearby and main square 20 mins away, nice walk if you are fit enough. Lovely riverside nearby with river cruise, sadly weather not great, rained a lot. The main square is Rynek Glowny, and a tram can take you but we struggled a lot to work the trams out and didn’t find many people spoke good english. Would definitely recommend

I have just come back, overall ok stay, definitely not a 4 star, I would give it low 3 star I was located in a room in the glass courtyard area, the room was ok, spacious but decor was poor, carpet needs a good clean. I also purchased a drink from the bar the first night and the empty glass was left outside the room for 4 days! The cleaning of the room was terrible, the bin wasn’t emptied and the carpet was filthy throughout our stay, you were unable to walk barefoot. The court yard lights up then opening any door which meant the light was continuously on and off during the night when people were coming and going, the curtains are not dark enough and the room was flooded with light every time the yard lights came on. Location was good, I liked being out of the hustle and bustle, breakfast was also ok

We stayed for a week from 8th July and it was our 6th time visiting Krakow but our first time at this hotel. Check in was quick and efficient, no real information given about the hotel or services provided, interaction non existent. We were not provided any welcome drink vouchers that previous guests seemed to have received going by previous Tripadvisor reviews. We had contacted the hotel previously to request a quiet room and were given room 205, the room was a good size although the bathroom was lovely the shower area was really small, the tiles on the bathroom roof were needing fixing as a few had been dislodged and didn’t look very stable. The carpet like previous guests mentioned can do with being cleaned or replaced. The room had everything we needed and it was cleaned daily to a reasonable standard, apart from the bedside lamps which were thick with dust. We were rarely acknowledged when leaving or entering the hotel, staff never interacted except with each other. We did request at reception if we could have mugs instead of cups and an extra glass in the room and it was accommodated and appreciated. We never had issues with noise until the last day or so when there was a lot of noise from the room upstairs which seemed like someone running around, possibly kids but not a problem as it quietened down before we went to sleep. We never had any meals so can’t comment on the food. There are a few shops close by so really handy to get some supplies. We were allowed to keep the room for an extra hour until 11.00am instead of the usual check out of 10.00 am, we were told it would be charged at a half day rate if it was any longer. All in all it was an ok stay but should we return to Krakow we would stay elsewhere.
