The hotel has an excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from Krupowki Street. The hotel looks nice, as do the rooms. The premises were clean, but I must negatively evaluate the bathroom cleaning. There were some stains on the toilet seat and hair on the tiles; otherwise, everything was fine. The hotel provided towels and small shower gels. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfasts were tasty – they offered coffee, tea, water, sausages, various types of cold cuts and cheeses, vegetables, yogurts, pastries, and omelets. For me, nothing was missing. The hotel also has parking spaces available

“Worth visiting”

I visited this hotel twice this summer. Obviously I had no doubts as to the choice of accommodation during my second time. Bel Ami is a good choice if you like the view of the mountains and their close presence. The mountains seem to be at hand when you look through the window, of course if you book your room on the right side:). The rooms are well-equipped and modern. The attic rooms seem to be a bit tiny though. Everything is just as it is described on the hotel's website. The hotel restaurant serves good breakfasts with a big choice of products. The hotel staff at the reception are extremely helpful and kind, and also well-informed about the town attractions. I think the hotel is worth visiting though it doesn't belong to the cheap ones. The only thing I missed though was a hairdryer.

“Good and cheap”

I've stayed in bel-ami for a conference and I can ensure you it's a good place for this type of events. It is Close to krupowki street and pretty clean. I didn't enjoy food, but it's close to the town center so you can easily find something more suitable for you.

Hard to rate this hotel as only stayed one night with a group as part of a cycle holiday. The location is great, 5 minute walk to the lovely down. We were lucky enough to get a room on the 3rd floor with fantastic mountain views. The room was quite large, bathroom tiny, had a balcony which was lovely. Would have been nice it they had put a table & chairs out there. Was hard to get on the wifi, but when we managed it worked well. Lots of different networks to pick up depending on where you are in hotel. Breakfast not great, instant coffee and not much choice. As we were cycling I would have liked a banana but only fresh fruit available were apples. As we stayed as part of a cycle holiday this hotel was included in our package. I then looked up prices and average price to stay one night for two people was around £45 to £50. Which I think is good value. Saying that I have not looked at prices for other hotels in the area. They were meant to have a bar in hotel, but never ever saw it open! When we arrived I did pop down to reception and ask for map. They were struggling to find one. After 5 mins they found one & marked hotel etc. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
