“Magical Christmas”
We had an amazing time in this hotel during our family Christmas stay. Staff were simply amazing. Everything was prepared on arrival as requested, nothing was a problem. “Fabulous !”
Starting off by thank you for our lovely stay :) ..Had a 5 night stay this December ! it was amazing ! very coazy ladies at the desk were very helpful , very convenient when skiing as very close to the slopes ! around 10-15 minute walk to the main street very good location.

“Excellent hotel in a beautiful area of Zakopane”
The location of this hotel is excellent, as like the food offered and the staff. We found Renata as extremely helpful when she did all she could to meet our request to organise a tour to Auschwitz - thank you Renata ! Keep up the excellent level of service in this hotel !

“Beautiful, quiet, and comfortable.”
We loved this beautiful, chalet type hotel. The hotel is exceptionally tidy and clean, located in a quiet area with a neighborhood feel - even though there are tourists everywhere. “Good location with nice views.”
Nice hotel, clean, tidy, plenty of parking. Staff helpful. Rooms a good size, balcony with lovely view of the mountains. Breakfast good. We only stayed one night but ideal for what we wanted. Good location as walking distance of the centre but out of the very busy area.
