“Charming”

“We were barely received at reception”
Before I even went to the inn I tried to contact countless times by email and no one answered me. Arriving there at the reception, no one spoke English and we were very poorly received. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was ok. The other staff members who served breakfast were very nice.
