“Recommended”
An exceptional hotel that genuinely cares about its guests and provides personalized service at every stage of the stay. The staff are classy, professional, and discreet. The hotel is spotless, and the restaurant serves excellent food. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

“Great location”
Great location and facilities. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Didn't try the restaurant but had a snack at the bar (roasted potatoes) and the portion was huge! A piano in the lounge you are welcome to play if you can 😄 Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend

“Very good despite cigarette smoke smell”
Stayed 2 nights here during Christmas Eve and day .. We were at the residence wing, and have the corner unit at the end of the hallway. Big room with a balcony overseeing the mountain. “Nice hotel”
A fantastic hotel with friendly staff, conveniently located close to the city center and the Tatra National Park. I highly recommend it!
