“Most welcoming hotel”
Arrived & helped with Baggage.Shown to room & given tourof hotel. First place in Europe where hadfree access to Tea,coffee or juices all day. Well placed for walks into mountains &to the specialancient church. Room clean .Food good,however dinner from 4-6 was rather early.

“Holiday with friend”
Beautiful hotel. Excellent service and food. Great staff. Will be back. Very clean and roomy. Situated in accessible place in Karpacz for all attractions. Would highly recommended for adults and family with children.

“Break with out the kids”
This hotel is fantastic !! The breakfast is the best I had in any 4* hotel ( I know it only a 3* but it should be high ). The hotel is great for family or a get away. The location is fantastic it close to the mountain . The rooms are a good size I will say the shower is on a bit on the small size … more

“A perfect place to visit Karpacz and mountains”
We staid here for two nights. Our goal was to walk to Sniezka Mountain and also have nice time relaxing in spa. Karkonoski Pension was perfect choice.
