Amazing place! A special thanks to the staff for letting us stay at the pools even after checkout, until the evening (our bus was at 8:10 PM), really appreciated. Great pools, spectacular cocktails (the Pornstar Martini was truly excellent!) and a super abundant buffet! It is impossible to leave without a full belly. Staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling; everything was spotless and well-kept. Perfect location too, with a Żabka and a pharmacy just around the corner. I’ll definitely be back. Unforgettable moments: At the bar, I ordered in English… and the bartender answered in Russian with a reassuring “Don’t worry, you can speak Russian with me.” Too bad my Russian only goes as far as “da.” And how to forget that on the first day, after my seventh Spritz, I somehow ended up kissing with a dog (hopefully a female) anyway luckily my friend was in the sauna at the time! All in all, a perfect holiday: relaxation, laughs, great food and unforgettable cocktails. Highly recommended!

“Excellent!”

Perfect location ( only 10 min walk to ski lifts ) Smooth check in and check out with very friendly receptionists . Beautiful , clean & spacious apartment with gorgeous mountains view. Perfect location ( only 10 min walk to ski lifts ) Smooth check in and check out with very friendly receptionists . Beautiful , clean & spacious apartment with gorgeous mountains view. Please don’t put net curtains in all rooms as it will take out from the experience. We were lucky not to have any so we could look outside and fully experience the views. “Good looking hotel”

We were in this hotel during the summer break and on 1st August. This hotel has many guests during the main season. During the summer break the hotel was full of kids and also full of people. We were in this hotel during the summer break and on 1st August. This hotel has many guests during the main season. During the summer break the hotel was full of kids and also full of people. On 1st August the hotel was like a ghost town. We were almost alone in the hotel and that was really nice. Summary: Good trip, but we didn’t like the cleaning service and the kids in the wellness. What we liked: 1. Outside heated pool – open until 22:00. Children are banned after 21:00, but this was the main problem, because nobody was checking it, so there was almost no chance to relax after these hours. 2. Breakfast was very nice, there was everything you needed. 3. Modern hotel – we had a standard room, and it was spacious and modern. 4. The whole wellness area was nice, but a little bit crowded during the break. 5. The restaurant in the hotel is not overpriced, and I think the prices are fair. 6. This hotel complex looks very nice from the outside. 7. Plenty of space to park your car. 8. Charging station in the parking lot. What we didn’t like: 1. Reception staff is rude – especially the woman with black hair (such a big ego – no smile, nothing). 2. Overpriced parking: 30 PLN/day. 3. Cleaning service is not doing its job – we had the sign to clean the room, but they didn’t come (we stayed for 4 days). They only came on the last day – MAIN MINUS POINT. 4. Wellness full of kids – there were a lot of children in the evening after 21:00, even though they are banned after that time. 5. Drinks in the hotel are very overpriced in the pool area.

Judging by my research when booking our trip, this hotel is probably the most modern and best appointed in the area. With that said, there are a few problems with the place that took the shine off. Pros and cons as follows: Pros: - Good quality breakfast with a lot of choice. - Modern, nicely decorated rooms. - Good spa with sauna, steam room, heated outdoor pool etc. - Beautiful view of the mountains from the pool area. Cons: - No aircon to speak of, and with one wall of the room made entirely of glass and facing south, the room got extremely hot at times. There was a temperature dial on the wall but it did absolutely nothing. - Very noisy being on the same corridor as the restaurant, with people speaking loudly on their way back from dinner and again first thing in the morning, on the way to breakfast. Aircon would have helped create some white noise to drown this out…! - No net curtains in our room (others had them), and after asking three times for them to be fitted, we were finally given an explanation as to why this wouldn’t be possible - they didn’t have any spare. And again, with one wall made entirely of glass, this left us very exposed to passersby (see photo) and forced us to keep the curtains closed for most of the trip. - A fridge that didn’t work, was repaired/replaced, then provided the minimum of chilling for food items etc. Not great when these rooms are billed as semi-apartments and we needed to make a packed lunch for hiking the night before. - Patchy cleaning, our room being missed twice by the maid, although as soon as this was raised (in the evening), the room was cleaned. They did also offer a voucher for the bar for the days missed, in fairness. Full disclosure, we were offered an alternative room when raising the net curtains-privacy issue, but it was tucked away at the back of the hotel and was a bit dingy. If you can, take a room on at least the first floor and away from the restaurant.
