It is always with great pleasure that I return to my second home in Poland. Indeed, after so many years of coming back to this sumptuous establishment, I am welcomed almost like a member of the family. All the staff show their joy in welcoming me. I will not comment further on the beauty of the establishment, tge magnificent décor, or the comfort of the rooms, as there are already many reviews covering these aspects. I would simply like to take this opportunity to thank several members of the team for their professionalism. At the reception, it is always a pleasure to be welcomed by Marlena, who is extremely smiling and truly embodies the spirit of hospitality. Patrycja was the very first person I spoke by phone to more than six years ago. She was so professional on the phone that I already knew that when I would come for the first time, the service would live up to my expectations. Patrycja is deeply dedicated to her work and exceptionally kind. The Fuego restaurant offers a very varied menu, but above all, Chef Kristofer has an incredible talent. Not only are the dishes he prepares delicious, but when they arrive on the table the plates are true works of art, always finished with a touch of small flowers. Just looking at the plate already stimulates your appetite. I would also like to thank Joanna, the restaurant supervisor, for her excellent service. She is truly very professional, takes her work seriously, and she is always very kind and friendly Teresa and Magda are also very professional waiters and always smiling. A big thank you to the housekeeping staff who do an impeccable job. The rooms, as well as the entire hotel, are extremely clean. I would also like to thank a young man from the housekeeping team whose name I unfortunately forgot for helping me with my many baggage and of course, a very big thank you to Daniel and Karole for their precious help. There is one person I would especially like to highlight: the masseur therapist Milosz. For many years , I do not want to get a massage because I have never found a masseur who listens to me the way I want For me, a massage should be a moment of relaxation and calm. Unfortunately, I have had many bad experiences where the therapist applies far too much pressure, which creates stress instead of relaxation. Here, however, we are dealing with a true professional masseur therapist Milosz has an incomparable massage technique unlike anyone else I have encountered, and yet I have tried massage therapists all over the world. His technique is highly professional; every movement of his hands is precise and he works on very precise points to help you relax. He is a true gem in the spa. For me, he is the best massage therapist I have ever met in the world. At every session, I literally fall asleep; he even has to wake me up . Milosz is a pearl for the Spa hotel and I highly recommend booking a massage with him. Finally, I will never thank enough the General Manager, Mrs Aneta Jeton who leads this establishment with outstanding professionalism, kindness, and sensitivity. All her teams are trained to the highest standards of hospitality. She is a remarkable woman with an unparalleled human touch. I very much look forward to returning again very soon.
