After five years, we finally had the chance to return to the beautiful city of Wrocław — and there was no question about where to stay. Based on our previous, consistently excellent experiences, DoubleTree was the obvious choice. What happened this time, however, exceeded all expectations. They have truly elevated themselves to what is, for me, the best DoubleTree hotel in the world — and I have visited quite a number of them across different locations. The pre-stay communication was on the level of a true five-star property — closer to Waldorf Astoria standards than a typical DoubleTree experience, if you ask me. A well-curated set of useful information was complemented by a genuine willingness to assist with anything. And when we did ask, they delivered — even securing us a window table at a fully booked restaurant on a Saturday evening. Of course, the hotel itself offers everything you would expect: clean and spacious rooms, an excellent breakfast, and a beautifully designed building, both inside and out. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff, who make it feel like a true home away from home. I would like to personally thank Dominika K., David K., and Iga S. for their outstanding communication and support, as well as Serafima from the Front Desk. Together, they made a huge difference both before and after our arrival — especially appreciated after a 7+ hour drive. What a treat! Thank you to the entire team as well, from housekeeping to the OVO restaurant staff. This stay was yet another confirmation that you are truly among the very best. Well appreciated — and we are already looking forward to coming back.

The room layout is incredibly ergonomic and impeccably clean, and the space perfectly balances a work area with a place to relax. First of all, a huge thank you to the reception team for a fantastic upgrade to the One Bedroom Suite. The room layout is incredibly ergonomic and impeccably clean, and the space perfectly balances a work area with a place to relax. The food deserves high praise – the breakfasts are simply excellent, offering a wide selection and great quality. An added bonus is the hotel's Executive Lounge: very intimate and quiet, which is absolutely perfect after a day of work. The whole experience is topped off by the great location in the OVO building. I will definitely be back!

I stayed recently for 3 nights and had an excellent stay. Although arriving very late in the day I was given a very nice upgrade to a suite. I stayed recently for 3 nights and had an excellent stay. Although arriving very late in the day I was given a very nice upgrade to a suite. After the (long!) walk from the lift to my room, I was greeted with a great sized room which was very clean. There was a separate living room with sofa and kitchenette. Breakfast was excellent and staff immediately recognised diamond status when I arrived. The executive lounge was a decent size to cope with the guests using it. The food selection was very good along with an expansive drinks selection. Staff were always on hand to clear tables etc. Hotel is located in a good location, only about 10-15 mins walk from the old town. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Doubletree by Hilton Wrocław is a very warm and welcoming place while you're in that part of Europe. It is a modern facility with spotless spatious rooms, wide windows and wonderful food and drink options in its restaurant and bar. I like the use of brown and grey in the room, which makes the space warm and calm. It is quiet at night too. I was only there for a short stay to attend a brief meeting so I did not have an opportunity to try all the facilities and amenities such as swiming pool or the executive lounge, however I assume those are excellent as are the areas I visited during my stay. The hotel is a short walk to the old town's square, main railway station and not too far from museums and the university. It is in an area, which is very well connected to other parts of the city by bus or tram should you want to venture out on your own. It is also relatively close to Prague or Dresden if you want to explore the area a little further.
