If you're going to Wroclaw and trying to decide and a hotel save yourself some trouble and book this one. Id say this was one of the most charming, unique and romantic hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. We walked from the train station and it was about a half hour easy stroll. The hotel is located on "Cathedral Island" surrounded by water, across the street from a stunning cathedral and very walkable. The main square is maybe a 15 to 20 minute walk away. This particular area of Wroclaw is one of the last gas lit places in Europe and it was a ton of fun following the lamplighter as he made his rounds lighting the lamps (he starts about 20 minutes before dusk). This property treats Accor status members very well, we received an upgrade to a deluxe room with a view of the river. It wasn't a huge room but spacious enough with a canopy bed with charming and ingenious "candles". The bathroom had a large walk in shower. Breakfast was a true event, do yourself a favour and allot a decent amount of time to enjoy it. Breakfast on Sunday was more like a high end brunch with the inclusion of unlimited sparking wine but it was very good on the weekday as well. There is an extensive buffet with everything from artisanal cheeses to pancakes and they also have an a la carte menu you can order off as well. There was also a grassy terrace with bar and food truck but the real piece de resistance was the rooftop bar. We were permitted to use our welcome drinks there and had delicious cocktails which they serve with small snacks of nuts and olives. We also took advantage of the spa floor; there is a steam room and two saunas and very nice lounging area with views of the city.

I truly appreciate it when my loyalty to ALL is acknowledged and rewarded—thank you for making me feel valued. Our experience at this hotel was wonderful from the moment we arrived until the time we departed. The staff welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, always ready to assist. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the historic center, just steps from fascinating attractions and delicious restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was excellent with both buffet and à la carte options. All dishes were flavorful. The spa area is pleasant and offers a great view. Having stayed in several hotels in Wroclaw, I can confidently say that The Bridge stands out as my new favorite. Its comfortable rooms, inviting atmosphere, and attentive service made my stay memorable. I look forward to returning soon and experiencing it all again.

Overall, I had a good stay at The Bridge, but there are a few things that could be improved. I stayed in a Deluxe Room, which I would recommend, as it offered a beautiful view. The room looks quite industrial in the photos, but it actually feels warm and cozy. I especially liked the electric candles. However, cleanliness could have been better. There was dust on the coffee table when I arrived, and it was still there after housekeeping cleaned the room. Breakfast was very good overall. One morning there was freshly squeezed orange juice, while the next morning it was replaced with regular packaged juice. I appreciated the large glasses, as many hotels only provide very small ones. On the day with the fresh juice, a staff member kindly asked if I wanted another glass, but unfortunately brought me the regular juice instead. Eggs Benedict was also quite different from the classic recipe. The breakfast room gets very busy later in the morning, but the hotel clearly warns guests about this and recommends coming earlier. I paid an extra fee (around €30–35) to check in two hours early. Many hotels would not charge for such a short early check-in, but I also understand that using the room longer has a cost, so I have no real complaint about that. The restaurant is very good. Service is efficient, and the food ranges from good to excellent. The cocktails were good but a bit simple and not very generous. It also seemed that only the cocktails on the menu could be ordered. One thing I really disliked was the way hotel extras are handled. At check-in, I was asked whether I wanted to set up an account for restaurant and other charges. I declined without thinking, not realizing this meant I would lose a large number of Accor points, since I ended up spending almost as much in the restaurant as I did on the room. I would much rather be able to pay everything at check-out without having to decide in advance how much I might spend. I understand this may be common practice in Poland, but it is unusual elsewhere. It feels like a policy that benefits the hotel more than the guest and gives the impression that guests are not trusted. To me, it feels unnecessarily cheap. Finally, I was disappointed by the "MyBed" claim. The hotel's official website states that every room includes a MyBed, and the confirmation email I received also mentioned MyBed. Since The Bridge is part of Accor, guests naturally expect the same MyBed found in Sofitel hotels. I can confidently say this is not the case. The difference was obvious the moment I got into bed, and I even checked the mattress to be sure. It is clearly not a Sofitel MyBed. If this is a mistake, it is a strange one, especially since every room category mentions it. Using the "MyBed" name for a completely different bed within the same hotel chain is misleading and reflects poorly on the hotel's professionalism.

We were seated but never given menus so after a wait went to bar to get a menu which was almost chucked at partner! We then waited over 10 minutes for someone to come and take our order and gave up waiting and left. Roof top bar shuts at 9pm - too early if want a drink after dinner, so unable to use it during our stay
