The service was excellent, early check in and extra pillows not a problem, a teapot of water taken to my table at breakfast. Finally a hotel that has sufficient staff to provide a service as opposed to what you so often experience today. A handful of over stretched staff left trying to do it all. Cleanliness was excellent. No need to ask the front desk to service your room or remind them to perform the housekeeping because you dare to lie in and leave your room after 12:00 noon. The room (508) was very spacious and modern. Not noisy at all as has been mentioned in previous reviews. As tea drinkers upon waking it was disappointing that there was no kettle or tea athough the room did have a coffee maker. Our other slight niggle was the lack of vegetarian options at the two restaurants. The Acquario had no options, we were offered the pasta without the lobster sauce. My partner did however have a very nice gnocci meal in the downstairs restaurant. Thank you also to the waiteress who told me in advance that the sole was not filleted, enabling me to make a different choice. Special mention to the pommes puree, describing it as mashed potato really does under sell it! We paired this with an absolutely gorgeous bottle of Polish pinot noir. And lastly the spa. We spent our Monday afternoon reading and relaxing. The halotherme was especially good.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful, thanks to Bartek, the shift supervisor in the morning restaurant. His customer service was outstanding—he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt completely taken care of. Bartek’s attention to detail and warm, professional attitude truly made a difference in our experience. Because of him, our stay was exceptional. Highly recommend!

“Nice hotel, well situated, noisy!”

Stayed here for our “W” visit to Wroclaw for our European alphabet, it was £330 for 3 nights in a 5 star hotel right in the middle of town, nice and friendly reception staff, decent sized room and bed, L’Occitane toiletries which is a nice touch, needed extra pillows as I have a broken shoulder and delivered straight to the room. We are always out exploring so didn’t eat or drink here as too early for the rooftop terrace to be open but apparently quite a draw when it is. Also has a spa, so a sauna/steam was nice before watching Italy beat us in the rugby in Bar Felicita😖 There are some issues, we were on the 3rd floor yet external car noise is a problem, an underground car park’s entrance is outside and every boy racer loves revving their car on the way out, as mentioned elsewhere the walls are thin so expect to hear everything from other rooms😳, and the curtains are hopeless so would recommend earplugs and eye masks! Be careful at the airport, a sign states taxi fare of 80 - 90 Zlotes to get to the old town so jumped in a taxi which was next to this sign, he charged 160 Zlotes and stated it was our fault for not checking first, not the nicest way to enter a country, something needs doing about this by the local council or something as Uber was 50 Zlotes to get back!! Don’t bother with the boat trip by the cathedral, they take your money and overbook each boat and just expect you to walk away when they say boat is full, scammers, police were even called when we were there Dwarf hunting is great fun whilst walking around, enjoyed our 3 night break in Wroclaw and the Hotel Monopol O solo mio does a great pizza

“Great..but no room soundproofing”

This is a fantastic hotel and I would ratę 5 points. I have put 3 and it should be lower for the lack of room soundproofing. I wokę up 3 Times during the night and scared thinking somebody was in my room. I could hear the pulling of the curtains , the bathroomdrain, the conversation of other guests… more

This is a fantastic hotel and I would ratę 5 points. I have put 3 and it should be lower for the lack of room soundproofing. I wokę up 3 Times during the night and scared thinking somebody was in my room. I could hear the pulling of the curtains , the bathroomdrain, the conversation of other guests.. clearly! Not possible in an hotel like this. The rest was superb. Very good check-in service, nice breakfast, good internal restaurant and amazing spa. I Think a work on this is very much needed!
