Lovely modern hotel in brilliant location. No issues with any noise for us. Upgraded to a lovely junior suite free of charge including bath robes and slippers. Only moan would be no house keeper during the stay but not overly bothered other than needing toilet paper. Would defo recommend this hotel… more

Lovely modern hotel in brilliant location. No issues with any noise for us. Upgraded to a lovely junior suite free of charge including bath robes and slippers. Only moan would be no house keeper during the stay but not overly bothered other than needing toilet paper. Would defo recommend this hotel for a stay in Wroclaw ideal location clean and modern. Didn’t try breakfast so can’t comment on that.

“Good stay overall, but avoid street-facing rooms”

Travelling for business, I found the hotel room to be much larger than expected. It was very clean, with a well-sized bathroom. The bed was on the firmer side, which wasn’t ideal for me, but it was manageable for a short stay. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a very good selection. One downside, as noted in several other reviews, is the noise. If your room faces the market or street, you should expect significant disturbance. I stayed on the fourth floor overlooking the street and the Fuego club, and there was frequent shouting throughout the night, often continuing until around 5am. I did raise this with reception, but the response was somewhat dismissive—they explained it was to be expected due to the central location. While I understand this is outside of the hotel’s control, the response could have been more customer-focused. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay. However, I would strongly recommend requesting an atrium or internal-facing room if a good night’s sleep is important to you.

Arranged two superior rooms with breakfast for 4 nights. Excellent buffet but overcrowded with an overflow room being needed on one occasion. Tables slow to be cleared....I suspect this is more down to guest:staff ratio rather than willingness or ability of the staff although the majority of the staff throughout the hotel are young. The staff in the Jeden cafe shop are first class and proved willing to go the extra mile without being asked - preparing warm milk for the baby in our group and always with a smile. Not the case elsewhere in the hotel. Housekeeping was haphazard. One of our rooms was not cleaned on two days out of four until raised with reception. The other room was only partially completed on two days of the four. Not a big deal, but not what we paid and not up to 4* standard.

“Very nice hotel - good location”

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour through Poland. We were in room 317 which was very nice with good wifi and facilities. There was a shower over the bath which was not ideal. Check in was swift considering we were in a group. We had already booked dinner out so can't comment on the dinn… more
