“A memorable stay in all the best ways”

Lux, clean, and comfortable, but friendly and helpful staff are the standout. A special shout out to head concierge Krzysztof who helped me score last minute day-of concert tickets. Most definitely my new “go-to” hotel in Warsaw.

We loved our stay at Verte however, there are couple of things which didn't work for us. First of all, let me list down the things which we loved: 1) The location: It is absolutely at the center of Old town and one can just walk to every place of interest 2) The staff at the reception are very helpful and friendly 3) We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and we were upgraded to a nicer room and there was a lovely surprise in the form of a delicious cake waiting in the room 4) The property is huge and the room itself was quite nice Now let me share the things we didn't like: 1) Little details were missing like for a double occupancy room, only 1 dental kit was provided with a very small tube of toothpaste. When I asked for another kit, just a toothbrush was provided 2) Water spills out of the shower cubicle and the floor gets wet 3) The toilet could have an automated window blinds

A beautiful property in a prime location by Castle Square. Hotel Verte is an excellent value, with facilities, atmosphere, service, and location comparable to much pricier five-star hotels I've experienced in Warsaw. My nicely appointed room with a king bed was spacious, and the bathroom (with a heated marble floor) was possibly the largest I've seen in any hotel. My only concern about the hotel was that there was no obvious security between the public areas and guest rooms, i.e., anyone can seemingly enter from the street and have access to guest corridors by either the staircases or elevators. I can only assume that the entrances not adjacent to the front desk/reception area are constantly monitored by cameras, especially when no one is tending the bar. Even despite this (possible) flaw, I can highly recommend the Verte and would be happy to make it my home during future visits to Warsaw.

“Very nice property”

Beautiful hotel near the Old Town in Warsaw. My room was spacious and clean . Bed was way too soft though, and uncomfortable to my taste . Food at the restaurant was excellent . Staff at front desk also very helpful with restaurant recommendations.
