“Great location”
Lovely hotel. Friendly staff and very helpful. Great location to old town. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Sadly the spa area and pool was out of action but looked nice. Gym quite small and limited.

“Very good with parking”
The hotel is very central and walking distant to the few attractions in Elblag. Breakfast was excellent and the room was correct. The garage is gated and you need to first stop at the front desk to get a transmitter..parking spaces are ok in size.

This place was frustrating and I’d love to come in and train the staff properly in customer service. For a four star hotel it needs a look at. Mixed review really. I don’t speak a word of Polish so probably frustrating for them, however probably not what you would call attentive, other than the cleaners who seemed the hardest working people in there and the male waiter who was very good.
