We have stayed at this hotel for a second time, hotel has perfect location for tourists with a lots restaurants and shops around, also hotel restaurant is worth attention. Hotels atmosphere is great, with tea and coffee facilities in lobby you can seat in comfy chairs, wach passing by people and enjoy great time. Rooms are clean and cosy, only suggestion is bathroom is part of room with no much privacy (if you with "new" partner could be awkward). Value is maybe not cheeper but is worth the price. Rooms are quiet with excellent service.

This was our second visit to the hotel (previously in December for the Christmas market). It was good to see Gdansk in warm weather too! The hotel has very good customer service. The location is quite central, just over the bridge. It's a contemporary hotel with a very relaxed environment. Rooms are clean and well maintained. They are not huge (Deluxe) and ours was a little dark - more lighting would be good. Beds are comfortable (with pillow choice if needed) and the hotel is very quiet during the night. Bathroom large with toiletries provided. The breakfast choice is excellent, with a few extra choices you can order in addition to the hot food selection. We visited the Inks bar at the top of the hotel. Great views, a good atmosphere and excellent service. We would certainly choose this hotel again, thank you!

First, big hotel in the middle of an only pedestrian street, when taking taxi to airport you have to walk half block, not bad at all. This hotel is big, well located, big rooms, clean and comfortable beds, Sound proof windows, thousands of restaurants around, all walkable. This is a crowded city, very crowded. Breakfast excessively expensive, forget about it. Lobby is nice with a big coffee machine and water, nice gesture. This is the reason I did not give them an excellent review (5 bubbles), we asked for a scale to weigh our luggage in the reception desk, the lady told me I had to bring the luggage down for them to weigh it, I said I am not in the business of stealing scales from hotels, nor I was planning to start with theirs's that cost 10$ in amazon. Then, the gentleman next to her handed it to me and I said here is my passport, keep it until I return the scale, they did not take it. Of course, i returned the scale in 5 minutes. This is not nice at all, not trusting your guest is not a good policy for hotels, the best way is to give it and write down the room number, if not returned charge it to the room and that's it, but no they assumed I was not returning it. So, to the manager team at PURO HOTEL IN GDASNK, change the way you treat your guests, because we don't plan to return if treated that way.
