Overpriced, very poor breakfast, hot buffet was nearly empty, hot dogs eventually arrived, very dry scrambled eggs,no bread.Only one coffee machine, taken us three attempts to get one. Mouldy grapes. “Ok to stay”

Booked recently due to business travel for 3 days. Location- amazing, near the lake. Must go for a walk. The lake area is beautifully organised and really nice to seat outside during summer. Booked recently due to business travel for 3 days. Location- amazing, near the lake. Must go for a walk. The lake area is beautifully organised and really nice to seat outside during summer. Hotel - a bit back to 90’s with deco. Desperately need renovation. But rooms clean, bed comfortable. Bfast - huge choice of different polish food. Some people may find it too traditional. Presentation can improve. Staff - friendly, but make sure that everyone knows bar closes at 22.00. No info provided on the location, which is probably the biggest selling point. Car park- if you can park in front of hotel on on Main Street. There is unsecured, paid car park in hotel, don’t waste your money.

“Hotel Piramida not a winner”

Booked this place for short 3 day stay visiting family in the area. Good location close to lake walking distance to nice bar and restaurant with good atmosphere as the Piramida has no atmosphere! Booked this place for short 3 day stay visiting family in the area. Good location close to lake walking distance to nice bar and restaurant with good atmosphere as the Piramida has no atmosphere! Everywhere was so quiet that I felt I had to whisper! Quirky Egyptian theme although not sure how this fits into Silesian mining town ! Room was clean and good size . We paid for bigger room shame our bed was not bigger to match the room size. Only one pillow each . No extra pillows in room . The duvet barely covered the bed which resulted in one of us being uncovered if the other turned over ! Breakfast good selection but quite random and inconsistent. Bar overpriced and staff keen to keep informing us that would shut exactly at 22.00. The place was so quiet one would have thought they would appreciate our business and stay open at least for another drink ! Would we stay again ?That would be a no We should have listened to our family who advised us not to stay . They were right.

Really original architecture, but not so consistent interior. Great park around. Good parking. Quite clean everywhere. Nice and helpful staff. Really horrible ventilation, almost absent! A lot ot damaged equipment, especially in the spa. Finally: definitely too expensive.
