The city of Évora is considered the capital of Alentejo. Here you can visit the main attractions on foot. “Fabulous historic hotel with wonderful staff”
Beautiful venue, wonderful staff. The historical elements are beautifully integrated into an extremely lovely facility in an amazing setting. I highly recommend it but if you are driving be sure to get clear instructions on how to access the parking. Do not trust Google maps!

“WONDERFUL CENTRAL HOTEL WITH WONDERFUL STAFF”
This is a beautiful hotel in the old town of Evora and central for all the beautiful sights. The beds are very comfortable and there are great views over the town of Evora. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. I would thoroughly recommend

“A Big Disappointment”
I booked this hotel mainly because its proximity to the Roman Temple. I chose the room which was a suite because it mentioned a partial view of the Temple. Unfortunately, what we got was a view of a wall. The bedroom opened out onto the breakfast area. The room was shabby with faded carpets. ... more
