My stay at Lisboa 85 Suites & Apartments was simply wonderful! The hotel is very well located, close to several tourist attractions and public transport, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs.

“good for town - right next to a metro - which is excellent ”

Checked in quite late (around 11pm) - the studios need a key card to open the door which we didn't have - you need to cross the road and go right to the to the LX SOHO (a few doors down) to get a key card from reception. First night we were in 405 which was a little small and had an IKEA sofabed… more

Checked in quite late (around 11pm) - the studios need a key card to open the door which we didn't have - you need to cross the road and go right to the to the LX SOHO (a few doors down) to get a key card from reception. First night we were in 405 which was a little small and had an IKEA sofabed .... next day we were able to switch to 404 which had a nice double bed and a little more space. The apartments are very handy for the walk into town - thoroughly recommended.

We lodged here for two nights, and in fairness to the record, I must begin with the few virtues the house does possess. The staff are of a notably friendly and obliging disposition, and the morning repast is generous and well prepared, offering a welcome start to the day. Beyond these merits, however, the accommodations are of a rather limited and weary character. The chamber itself is small, and time has not been kind to its condition. Most vexing was the bathing arrangement: the door of the shower does not hold fast, and water escapes freely, gathering upon the floor in such quantity that we were forced to lay down towels in haste, lest further damage be done. A proper and untroubled wash was therefore impossible. Travellers should also take note that while there is an elevator, it serves luggage only; those burdened with stairs should prepare themselves accordingly. The situation of the house is, at least, favorable. One may reach the heart of the city in some twenty minutes on foot, without need of the underground conveyance, though should one wish it, the station lies directly before the door. In sum, this lodging offers kindness and a good breakfast, but little comfort beyond that. Let future guests weigh these notes carefully and set their expectations low, lest disappointment join them on their stay.
