I stayed here for two nights and what an experience!! We arrived by midday and was greeted by the cleaner who very kindly showed us the way to our room and let us pay. We had the Magic suite which was on the very top floor in the attic, however it didn't disappoint. At first arrival, it seemed a little cramped and after climbing several flights of very steep stairs we were underwhelmed with the space we had. However after settling in we soon realised it was perfect for our stay. The view from our window was incredible and it really gave us a cultural experience of Lisbon which was what we wanted! The facilities were perfect, the bathroom clean and a well functioning shower. We had a small table and chairs by the window which was perfect for view of the sunrise and sunset. There is also a mini fridge, a microwave, cups, mugs, plates and cutlery which was helpful. However we found that it was more enjoyable to eat out and only had drinks stored in the mini fridge. There were multiple plugs with extension leads and lamps for the evening. The sloping of the ceiling did mean we had to kneel at certain points however the majority of the space is accessible to stand up in fine. One thing to be wary about is after a long, hot day the rooms closer to the top can get swelteringly hot. There is air-conditioning provided but we found it didn't make much of a difference. We opened the window completely and by around 9pm it was much cooler, just beware that it will get hot but as long as you open the window, the cool evening air will come through and our sleep wasn't effected. One thing we noticed was every morning around 7:30am there would be people in the streets and noise, however this is to be expected as it is in a hotspot and it's a reasonable hour. We also found it was rather peaceful by the evening and we were able to sleep fine despite being in a busy area. It is good to know that all suites and hotels in Lisbon will be up steep flights of stairs and the rooms will be rather small as that's just how the city is. This was easy to locate and in a great spot that we could easily male our way back to no matter where we had been during the day. I would highly recommend Lisbon Inn Bica Suites as I believe it gives a true experience of the culture of Lisbon and was perfect for our short stay here.

“Charming but noisy”

Very good location, right in the old part of Lisbon. The famous train is just around the corner. Well organised and clean. The only downside is that it is very noisy at night because of the club nearby. At around 6am the rubbish collectors come to collect the rubbish which is right next to the room… more
