“Great location, reasonable price”
Very good location, right across from Intendente Metro Station. Staff very friendly, the owner helped me carry my luggage and answered all my questions about travelling in Lisbon. The rooms are simple but very clean.

The location is very good, you are almost in the city center. All interesting parts of the Lisbon are easily accessible, even on foot. In front of the entrance is the metro station. “good value - decent location”
Two mature women stayed in the twin room with it's own bathroom. Yes, there are lots of stairs as some reviews have said but the owners carried out luggage up for us without us even asking. “Good value. Steps away from Metro”
We arrived Lisbon and took Metro straight from airport to the metro stop just steps from Roxi. We stayed 2 nights, but needed to switch rooms because we booked nights one at a time... one room was a twin, one was a doubke
