“Fabulous place to stay and wonderful hospitality”
The hospitality at this pension is fabulous. We were having to leave for an early bus and the owner who is absolutely wonderful and engaging immediately offered to get up early himself and serve us breakfast at 6 am. “Comfortable, convenient and well priced ”
Miranda do Douro is a very strange village: perfect for a stop over whilst exploring the Douro.... “Vista Bela = Beautiful view. It's not false advertising”
The hotel is fairly modest, but does truly live up to its name: it boasts superb views over the ravine of the Douro, and our room even had a little balcony to enjoy it from..
