“Overall great hotel in Ribeira”
Rogerio in the restaurant was amazing! He was so patient & helpful when we came in for a late night dinner, just before closing. Giving him 5 stars, but many of the lounge chairs in the roof top pool area are broken & there aren't enough of them for the size hotel you have.

“Pleasant stay!”
Special thanks to Joana and Carina, these ladies made our stay at NH Hotel Porto Jardim the best. Joana made the breakfast a party for our son: extra donuts! Carina made our afternoons at the bar very relaxed. Thnx for the lovely stay!

“Excellent hotel”
An excellent hotel which is located perfectly and within walking distance of everywhere. The rooms have all amenities you need and the cleaners are wonderful. All hotel staff are very helpful but special thank you to Claudio and Gonçalo who were very helpful Would highly recommend this hotel
