Staffs are very kind, accommodating, courteous and very good customer service from guest relation staffs, concierge, housekeeping and the rest. They have very good and complete amenities like swimming, gym, covered parking, playroom and penthouse. I really love to stay in Al Safa Royal suites.

Full of character and old Arabic charm. Whilst it may not be a modern 5 star facility I stayed for 6 days on buisness and was extremely comfortable in the self contained apartment. “Old world charm”
We stayed for two days and really enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly and the facilities are good. We used the gym which was excellent. We arrived late at night and we received a few bottles of drinking water which was very welcome. We will stay there again.
