Ibtissam was just the best hostess and we were treated so nicely The buffet at breakfast was just too good the lady frying eggs on the 13th was so nice and her eggs were tasty

“Very good experience”
Good experience. Only the rooftop pool was very small. Breakfast buffet at 2nd floor restaurant was excellent. Their customer service was also very good. Specially Mr Rifak treated us very well. And also Ms Ibtissal treated us very well.

Amazing atmosphere. I really loved the service, especially at breakfast! All the staff are very sweet, the best service was from Ms. Ibtissam, the most kind and fun person I encountered in here. The expectations were met perfectly through all means. 🫰🏻
