The hotel is listed as five stars, but it qualifies to no more than 3.5 to 4 stars due to quality if some services. It is medium-sized, seven floors high. The lobby is also medium sized, with enough seating area, a small supermarket, a cafe counter, a perfume shop and a barber shop. There is one restaurant in the lobby, another on the Mezzanine floor. There may be a slight delay in check-in and porter service. The rooms are moderate sized, with limited storage space, there is a sofa chair and a couple of coffee tables. There is a writing desk with a chair, the desk has a shelf extension, convenient for keeping things, but no desk drawer. Room lighting is adequate. There is also a sofa chair with a small table. The bathroom has a glass partitioned toilet with a door, there is a bathtub shower, with partial glass partition, not enough to keep the water from splashing outside. The tub is a bit high, difficult to get in and out, which could be risky for seniors. There is a good supply of toiletries. There is a wall-to-wall glass window, but it needs cleaning on the outside. We booked two connected rooms, 603 and 604. Some rooms have stains on walls and are a bit worn out, furniture needs maintenance, the sliding cupboard door was difficult to open. The AC control in 603 did not work, it was cold like a freezer. There is a spa and a big, covered swimming pool on the roof. Some of the issues encountered, even though we arrived exactly by check-in time which is 3pm, one room was not ready. We got one room and moved into the other room later, but they forgot to send the key card and there were no towels in the bathroom. We also had to ask for hand towels and a foot towel. Safe box did not work. There were only two cloth hangers in cupboard, we had to ask for more. We also had to ask for a hair dryer. Housekeeping staff forget cleaning items in the room. There was also food cooking smell in both rooms, source unknown. The above-mentioned issues affect the star status of the hotel. Housekeeping probably needs more training and supervision; maintenance of rooms must be frequent. Other than that, the hotel and facilities are good, and the reasonable price makes it a good choice.

The hotel’s decent if you book at a good price, but it’s definitely not 5-star—more like a standard 4-star. Rooms aren’t huge but not tiny either. Breakfast is the same every day, with limited variety. Free, large parking, a small supermarket, a salon, and a souvenir shop are available. Staff are nice, but they never leave towels in the room, and tea, coffee, and Nespresso capsules aren’t replenished—you have to ask every day.
