“you can go if there is nothing else available”
it's close to the President complex, you should book this if you plan to go there. It's really a 2 minute walk. It's good that it has a pool, small as it is. Breakfast is kinda OK, But Hyperion Hotel does not much of a vaction experience, everything is average or bellow. Rooms are poor. You can go… more

All the necesities you can ask for for a reasonable price plus breakfast included on all bookins. The only problem we had was a ladybug invasion which the staff treaded with minimum interest until we told him it's a real issue, our room being full of them.
