“Not good, not awfull”
I visited București and needed to stay overnight...and i found this cheap hotel 600m from Gara de Nord railway station..the location is not very good, there are planty of gypsis around the hotel that like listening to loud music in the middle of the street and it can get very noicy. “Cheap price, poor basic service”
The distance from Gara De Nord is 600 m. It's good. But the street was very dirty. Everything in room was normal, not bad, not very good: one lamp near bed didn't work, the shower didn't have washing shirm. The last thing was most annoying, it's not convenient, the floor was wet after shower.

“Bad localisation”
It looks good on the map and only on the map - the street is an actual gypsy ghetto, people are drinking on the street every night.
