“Excellent Service from Cicero, Reception Desk”
After I did a wrong online booking I called the hotel. Cicero from the reception was very kind and helped me over phone to do a new booking. He was very service-oriented and did a great job. Many thanks Cicero-much appreciated!

“home away”
Etoile Hotel Itaim is located in the residential part of Faria Lima Business Area. It is manage as a home away for travelers, especially great place to stay for people doing business in Faria Lima Business District for more than 3 days. Great staffs always remembers and caters to all your needs.

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay in São Paulo, This Apartments In Etoile Itaim Bibi were the best choice for our family. We travel with our two kids and they loved the place. “Large all-suite hotel”
Very good option when coming for work or family holidays to São Paulo. All rooms are large suites with a small american kitchen. You can even get some suites with 2 bedrooms for the children. “large room and excellent confort”
the rooms are as appartment and good confort (bathroom not so modern) but tube and shower. living room and room splited and many equipment really useful small balcony location of hotel near by restaurants
