I was expecting challenges as my first time in Ufa but zi am happy to say that this hotel and staff were a peasant surprise. Some of the staff spoke some English and the quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent. The food was always hand made. Organic and fresh. There is a grocery store directly across the street that stays open till 11pm. Try some of the. Local honey. The ads keeping rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Great little hotel.in Ufa!!

We were here for the International Children's Games, our group were the families and supporters. The hotel staff accommodated us all very well and the were extremely helpful in organising taxis on a regular basis to get to our sporting venue. The hotel was very nice and suited us well. We were supplied breakfast as part of our group. The food was very different to what were were used to but that's part of the experience and there was plenty of it. There was only one little problem, when we first arrived into our room and I went to use the toilet, there were problems flushing it. Another person in our group also had a similar problem. The hotel staff quickly fixed it for us though. It was well suiuated to local supermarkets, restaurants and attractions. I would recomend this hotel.

좋았던 점 good points 好处  룸의 크기, 안락함, 조식 등은 놀랄만큼 저렴한 숙박비를 생각한다면 최고라고 할 수 있겠다. If you consider the fare, cost-effectiveness for all aspects looks the best. 各方面不能说很出色, 但是可以说性价比是非常好的.  직원들의 친절도는 최고였다. “Service could be better”

1. 1st day the room wasn't cleaned, so when we returned from the city trip it was exactly as we left it. 1. 1st day the room wasn't cleaned, so when we returned from the city trip it was exactly as we left it. Great that we didn't throw our towels on the floor, would be sad to find them still there. 2. we payed a breakfast to be brought in the room and were not told that 500 rubles is for 1 person and not a room. So at 8 we got a call , and we were asked to go down for a breakfast. When we arrived there, we were asked if the other person is also going to eat, because we payed only 1 person. What a service, it was such an uncomfortable situation and nobody even excused, they tryed to hide this inconvinient situation instead. 3. Toilet didn't work when we arrived to the room. Thank's god nodoby went to poo, otherwise it would be flowing there till the master comes. And for all of that, nobody even thought to say sorry or try to improve our presence.
