“Refurbished”
I had already stayed at the Soviet-style Gastinitsa Desna three years ealier, and was surprised to see that the place had been refurbished and renamed to Hotel Desna. There was a new reception area instead of the previous hole-in-the-wall. The old reception area had been replaced with a pretty good… more
