This hotel is well located and one can reach everything on foot. The staff is helpful, the rooms are reasonable, some of the staff speak English but everyone is friendly. The restaurant has a good food selection and we were surprised about our morning breakfast box as our train left very early ie the restaurant was not open. The hotel has an elevator which they added a couple of years earlier. The laundry service is fast and sufficient! I would stay at this hotel any time!

Located just around the corner from the major street. If you walk in the other direction, you will find pleasant greenery, Post office, supermarkets, small specialty shops and lots of delightful old wooden houses. It is easy to catch a tram, bus or trolley bus that stop about 150 metres from the hotel on the surrounding streets. Though not very high, the hotel has lifts. There are some travel agents offices on the ground floor and the hotel can book you a car with a driver to take you to places of interest, airport, train station or lake Baikal. All at very reasonable prices that are lower than what we were charged by a taxi we caught in the street. A restaurant that serves breakfast and then remains open all day is on the ground floor. Laundry service is good, fast and cheap. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. They also allowed us to store our luggage while we went to lake Baikal. ATM machine is also in the lobby and the hotel takes credit/debit cards.Rooms are very clean and the staff is dependable and pleasant.

It is a three stars hotel in a good quite central location, near to a bus stop, grocery shops and some good cafes. The room was clean and comfortable overall. It is a three stars hotel in a good quite central location, near to a bus stop, grocery shops and some good cafes. The room was clean and comfortable overall. However, the cleaning was not made properly every time, sometimes just the towels were changed. The breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced. Although advertised as a buffet it was, in fact, strictly portioned and limited with very poor choices, mostly carbs. The coffee did not deserve the name. Should you decided to stay here, I would recommend opt-out breakfast and switch to nearby cafes.
