“Attentive Staff”
I would like to comment Luthfi, who is a staff assigned to help in a workshop that I was supporting. He's attentive, hardworking, understanding, helpful, responsive and efficient. I have worked with many hotel staff before but none of them impressed me as much as him. Well done, Luthfi! :)

“Great central choice”
Couldn't be better placed, right in the very heart of St Petersburg in a lovely quiet courtyard. Young, professional, and very welcoming staff happy to help. “Again they were perfect”
I had been there for the third time since 2010. They keep their traditions in service and comfort. Cleanness and tasty breakfasts, pure water are usual for this M-hotel. There are many cozy places to stay in the evening and have late dinner up to 24.00 in 5-10 minutes to walk.
