"Grand Apartments" was open in 2004. Located in the "Golden Triangle" of St. Petersburg, so the road to the main attractions will take about 10 minutes by walk.The apartments feature 126 rooms of various categories. All rooms have a bathroom with shower or bath, hairdryer, TV, telephone and safe.Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Guests can also use the laundry service, order a transfer.
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The registration desk is located at: st. Bolshaya Konyushennaya, 25, opposite Bolshaya Konyushennaya, 10. After registration, guests will be accommodated in one of the buildings or in the Grand or Aster. The apartments are identical. The apartments does not provide facilities for disabled guests. From the 1st of October, the restaurant in Nevsky Grand will be closed for renovation, and for all guest from Nevsky Grand and Nevsky Energy we will open a new cafe in Nevsky Aster. Guests of the hotel can order a breakfast in the room at the price of RUB 400.00 per person. The service is available from 7:00 to 12:00. Buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 to 11:00. The cost of breakfast for an adult is 550 rubles, for a child under 10 years old — RUB 250.00. Buffet dinner is served from 18:00 to 20:00. The cost of dinner for an adult is RUB 650.00, for a child under 10 years old — RUB 450.00. Drinks are not included. On-site parking is available on request. Payment for registration of foreign citizens — RUB 200.00. Children under 3 years stay free of charge without extra beds. Surcharge for a child aged 3 years — RUB 900.00 per day.

“Stunnung St. Petersburg!”
Great location. Walking distance from train station. City view. Common kitchen and bathroom. Lift is small. Owner doesnt speak English. Hot water is provided. Room space is average. I travelled aloneso i stay in a room with two up and down bunkbed.

“Brilliant location”
