“Could have been better visit ”

The rooms are small and the staff doesn't know that mush English. The food isn't up to the mark as there aren't variation to the breakfast buffet. The location is excellent though. The bedsheet aren't changed unless you ask the to do so.

I stayed at the hotel 5 nights,could be considered max like a 3 stars, good location, new and low quality furniture, the common areas were always clean but the daily clean at the room was poor, the mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable, the front desk service was regular and unpleasant, they didn’t speak a good english and that made communication so hard, the breakfast was decent but little varied, always was the same.

the check in was fast and friendly. the room is big but I asked for double bed and received twin beds which were really narrow. Bad sleeping experience. The room has good wi-fi , bathrobe and slippers,TV and a lot of channels. What made me thinking was the safe, put on the bottom shelf of the closet. When I wanted to open it I realized that the safe WAS NOT FIXED to the closet and I just took it and put it near the bed !!!!!!! Bathroom was ok except the very small shampoo bag. The breakfast was basic and a big disappointment. Maybe it suits the locals but I don't thing the tourists.They had two kinds of soup some boiled vegetables and other interesting cooked dishes which I did not taste since it was in the morning. There was no service at all, they did not ask you anything, did not suggest anything.The most simple question was answered with a gesture that they don't speak English. So I ate just cheese and a cookie and tea because only a basic coffee was included in the price and I did not feel like paying extra for not receiving service. I asked for a late check out and was approved till 1pm. My backpack was stored without charge till late evening when I came back. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the main metro station (quite a walk) but I knew it before I ordered the room.Nothing remarcable to visit around the hotel thou there is a nice park and canals just around the corner. Maybe because the soccer game period the hotel was expensive otherwise it was not worth the price . The hotel is brand newly renovated.

Let’s be honest this hotel maximum a 3 star place. On the booking you will find that there are 4 starts for it. Please look at the price, 4 star hotel won’t cost that low. And that was our mistake. Let’s be honest this hotel maximum a 3 star place. On the booking you will find that there are 4 starts for it. Please look at the price, 4 star hotel won’t cost that low. And that was our mistake. For a 3 star place, it is new, clean, very nice personnel. As for the things to work on, there is no tooth kit, shampoo in a really tiny package (for myself (and my hair not that long) I needed to take shampoo from my boyfriend). Breakfast - on the booking you can read a lot of positive feedbacks on the food. We were really disappointed there is not a lot of options. There is no health food, even the omelet is pretty fat. COFFEE, if you want cappuccino YOU NEED TO PAY FOR IT! for free you can get only americano/espresso. The final conclusion if you want to stay in 4 stars hotel it is not about Shouyuan hotel.
