“Confortable and clean”

Ni complaints, we have stayed there two times and like it a lot. The beds are quite hard if you are sensitive but we like it. Breakfast is nothing fancy but there is a few options such as toast, pancakes, eggs, sausages, yoghurt etc.

“Very nice and clean hotel, rock hard beds”

My room was large and nicely furnished, the breakfast had every thing I needed and the hotel staff was super helpful. I would definitely stay there again. The only minus is that the beds are rock hard, like made out of concrete. I like hard beds, but his was beyond anything I had ever experience… more

My room was large and nicely furnished, the breakfast had every thing I needed and the hotel staff was super helpful. I would definitely stay there again. The only minus is that the beds are rock hard, like made out of concrete. I like hard beds, but his was beyond anything I had ever experienced. I slept badly the first night. The second night however the helpful staff had gotten me an extra mattress and put it on top of my bed, so that it was a little softer.

“Perfect!”

You can book excursions directly from the hotel, which is very clean, not far away from a metro station.Very friendly, polite and helpful staff at any time during a day.The only regret is that we didn't stay more in town !

I have no major complaints about this hotel but it can surely be improved a lot. 1) response during booking and clarifications on questions were prompt and to the point. 2) rates are reasonable 3) has asked them to send a pick up to the Moskowsky station. The guy was right infront of the coach with our names. But the car was a small 5 door car like a Suzuki swift. Our two huge suitcases were difficult to fit in and we had to keep it on the seat with my wife and daughter packed on top and around it. When they knew we are international travellers they should have expected more luggage and sent a bigger car. 4) checkin was smooth but can be painful as there is only one desk. Unluckily we had three other guests checking in at the same time. We had no issues as we were the first but am sure the others would not have liked it. 5) while checking in I had said our return flight was at 23:55 pm so we may need the room till 8:00 pm. We were told that room is booked but they can give another room but as it is till 8:00 pm we have to pay for the full day. They will let us know on that day the rate etc. 6) we had booked a larger room as we’re a family of three. We were not happy with the room as we were coming in from Kempinski Moscow to here so there is a difference. We know we should not be comparing so did not complain 7) restaurants, banks and money changers are nearby so not an issue 8) one tiny water bottle is given the day you check in. So you need to buy more water from the Pearls super market nearby. 9) the restaurant was good enough for a breakfast which was repetitive every day with very little change. 10) last day I went and checked on the other room and the rate and tried to negotiate if we can pay just half the rate or free but nothing was accepted. We had to pay the full rate and moved to a standard room. Infact we liked the standard room more than the larger room we were put up with. This room is as new and had fresh green color. All said a good place but nothing great. Of course the staff of the hotel is very nice and courteous.
