Staff was helpful and polite. Room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was ok. Hotel is located 20 min from city centre by metro. Neighbourhood is ok but is not urban part of city. Near the hotel is big shopping mall.

The hotel is pretty hard to find along the way although my friends told me that it is very conveniently located. There are no signs to direct a newbie in this area. I was using the navigator, and it is not clear where to go next. Also, it was raining and before entering I stepped in a huge puddle. I was given a spacious room (101). Initially, I thought that'll come to a hostel. But it turned out that the room was not worse than any other from a chain hotel. I am satisfied by the polite and friendly staff (it was very helpful and attentive) and what was generally offered on the site: clean and comfortable bed. The hotel looks neat, all well maintained, clean! Later on, I visited this hotel several times, arrived at different times of day and night, - no problems. Breakfast was more or less nice, not really delicious and plentiful, but at least brought in the room. By the way, the room itself was large and cozy. Beds were, as mentioned, comfortable. Also, there was TV – which was cool, but regarding the internet: WiFi was sooo slow. Thank you for the heater and thick curtains, otherwise, I would have died of cold. Tea - very cool. Shampoos, shower gels – yes; blanket was very warm. But I had to buy a pair of slippers (also, they can be rented for a “democratic” price). Once I entered the hotel I was offered a bottle of water for free. The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. I managed to sleep well and relaxed two nights in a row (wow!). Considering that the hotel is rating itself with 3 stars, there are a number of complaints. The TV hanging on a bracket in the middle of a bare wall. Lack of minibar. The shower was primitive, a bit non-functional, without the hose, just sticking out of the wall near the ceiling, with the jet directed straight down. No cozy lobby or restaurant. A bar - you will not find here either. (( I liked the quality / price ratio: you get a nice room (after 101, I was also in 122, with a window and 2 double bed) in the (relative) center of Moscow. Incidentally, in the add was written that there is no parking. It is not true! Just 15 meters away there is a wonderful municipal FREE parking (on weekends and holidays)! So, to sum it all up, the overall look is good, bearable; cockroaches presence is not noticed - not a trace! Do not hesitate! A good option. Special thanks to all the staff!

“Good personal, bad WIFI, far from city center, bathroom not really clean.”

Well, the only thing making me impressed is nice personal at reception. Room is clean, but bathroom is not clean enough... and the WIFI is soooo bad. Breakfast is simple, obviously econom-level))))) I won't be here again. There are another choice better than this one.
