“Good accommodation option, close to everything you need”
The hotel is centrally located, good breakfast with plenty of food options. The rooms are comfortable. Overall nothing to complain about. Strange that the reception is not on the ground floor, you are first confused where to go once you arrive, but this is a minor problem.

“Best hotel to stay”
The largest hotel probably, in Murnmansk the arctic capital, nice hotel with great views for each room. One can see all the landmarks of Murnmansk from the hotel itself. Reasonable breakfast, adequate room size. The coffee shop is nice too with a lite menu.

“Good Location,Bad Service”
Good location,Bad room service Weve stated for 4 nights,asked 4 times to clean our room,but it was never done,only water bottles were renewd! The breakfast was good!
