“great value for money”
We found this hotel very good for the money we paid. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were a big group 50 people and the hotel manager organised everything for us: dinner, breakfast and it was very good. Hope I will come to Novgorod again one day.

The hotel tends to beat its 3*-star category (in Russia) - looks like the management is trying to do the best overcoming lack of resources and knowledge in hotel business, but the rooms certainly need refurbishing. “Good location”
The Kremlin is only 20 minutes walk from the hotel so its a good starting point for exploring this small city. My single room was a reasonable size with a frig and TV. The ensuite was clean and the breakfast buffet was adequate.

“One night stay which was OK”
Stayed here for one night during an 8 day tour. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. Shower was quite good. The hotel is situated a good 20 mins walk to the centre and there are a few supermarkets nearby which was handy. Breakfast was average. We also happened to stay during one of the hottest day… more
