We booked a small twin room and a standard double room. When we reached , the small twin room turned out to be bunk beds . They advertise it wrong . No pics either . The level of communication with the people of the front desk is very limited. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH basically, only Russian. Very hard to ask questions and receive an answer.
