“Great place to stay”
What fantastic staff this hotel has nothing is to much trouble. The room was very clean and warm as it was -11C outside, l found the bed very, very comfortable and the service by all staff was the best. “Comme ci comme ca”
I think it was the best place to stay in Stavropol due to the Revizorro rozette in the entrance. The hotel itself is fine, but old furniture and these bloody red colour carpets and decorations brought me back to USSR. I think they should renovate it due to that fact that outside it's XXI century.

“Rather charming”
The reception is lovely and the rooms clean yet not modern in style. Bathroom recently refurbished and clean & nice. Staff was friendly too. The Wifi faster than many places.. Didn't like pillow, but I normally want it softer than most people.
