“Flawless costumer Service”
The hotel is very well located, you can walk to most of the touristic spots. Breathtaking view to the Kremlin. “Perfect!”
The front desk and all the stuff are extremely polite and sweet. Their breakfast was the most outstanding breakfast I ever had, from 7 am til 11 am and it's very very diverse and with Tatar authentic pastries.

“Great rooms”
I was in the hotel for 6 days. The room was huge and nice. The service was great too. The breakfast was ok...nothing to rave about. I am guessing they are just recovering from the lockdown days. “More than an alternative to international chains”
Huge rooms, great views, totally quiet -- would 100% recommend. Location is great, a little out but so close to the center, everything is well-maintained, and food is pretty good. Honestly a keeper, and well worth it - some of the biggest double beds i've seen, too.
