“Fabulous location - ideal hotel for a Hercule Poirot film setting. Highly recommended”

“Gorgeous location ”
The setting of this hotel is really beautiful. Lovely gardens and great views of Lake Kivu. We spent a very peaceful couple of nights here and service was very good. We stayed in the bungalow, which is a real gem of a room. The food was simple but enjoyable (and came on time when pre-ordered).

“Lovely place for a getaway”
The reception was warm & welcoming. The rooms are ok, no Tv in the rooms, perhaps for people to bond😊. The view from the rooms breathtaking. Staff ready to help. Food was delicious. Well manicured garden. We enjoyed our stay.
